Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent for night shift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.

2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or gather additional information.

3. Provide accurate and complete information to customers while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems or complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

5. Update customer records in the database with accurate and relevant information.

6. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

8. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries.

9. Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion.

Job Specification

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.

2. Proven customer service experience in a call center environment.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

6. Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.

7. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

8. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Preferred Qualities:

1. Multilingual skills may be an asset.

2. Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
