There are 7 (Seven) Subsidiary Companies in the group, these Companies are managed by individual (Family) Directors, all the 7 (Seven) Companies are working under the chairmanship of MR. SIRAJUDDIN JACKWALA. All the Companies are working in separate business fields. AAYAG was founded by our (Late) Chairman MR. AKBERALI YOUSUFALI JACKWALA father of the present chairman in the year 1927.

For A&S meeting the customers’ requirements is of prime importance. Our customers’ requirements are varied and in order to meet their requirements we offer an extensive range of quality products to them along with a guarantee of timely provision of Spare Parts and After Sales Support.
