• Modern vehicles have made great advancements in automotive technology but very little has changed about how we use driving data to optimize driving and improve performance of the vehicle. In early 2014 we started with a vision to empower drivers and fleet managers by enabling them to have more control over their vehicles. We knew from the beginning that we are stepping into a competitive market, but we strongly felt that the solutions available provided insufficient information and had to use multiple software's in conjunction to really extract something meaningful from the data collected. At XGear we believe that adding context to the telematics data generates a whole new level of insights and yields phenomenal results on the performance of vehicles. Our objective with XGear is to build the next generation connected car platform that revolutionizes the way people drive and maintain their vehicles.
