FRAUD Company, Every one from C.E.O to Manager is FRAUD

Pros:

some of the good reasons i find there is they provide good food for lunch and nice interior plus you have a sound system so you can enjoy your coding

Cons:

The C.E.O of this company is FRAUD, first they hire you on low wages while promising that they will raise salary after probation period of 3 months, once it complete then they keep saying one thing, "We will try, we will try, business is not good". i have worked here for about 6 months, the C.E.O behavior is very bad and harsh towards employees. The whole software house saw him beating the office boy just because he opened the parking gate a little late. The C.E.O also tease girls and has an affair with the then employed HR. My 45 days salary (45,000) is still pending because i left the job and they said we will not pay it do whatever you want to do. The C.T.O know nothing about programming and will always blame you for whatever happens wrong in the project development. The C.F.O will always make late payments sometimes 15 days.

Advice to Management:

Just shut down your business and beg on the streets you people do not deserve to be considered for management.
