Pros:

While working with Mr. Imam ul Amin CEO of Imam Trading and Contracting, i experienced variety of skills including client dealings, negotiating with delegations, balancing office environment and how to sustain your position in complex environment. He taught me how to deal with people and how to lead your subordinates.

Cons:

My career growth at ITC was struck. There is no career ladder for which we struggle hard to get raise, high position and new skills exposure.

Advice to Management:

Management should switch from manual mode to more latest technologies in order to make their work efficient, faster and more easier
