Pros:
Medical(Insurance Company For Hospitalization Only Excluding Maternity), Lunch(Single Dish), Pick and Drop(Non - Ac Buses)
Cons:
No Job Security, No Annual Increment Policy its depends on CEO Mood Lol, Company is located at North West Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Karachi, which is far away from Karachi Center require more than 1.5hr to reached home from work, and most importantly due to Racism Issue, Working in Platinum Pharmaceuticals is too difficult.
Advice to Management:
I humbly request to CEO Mr. Naushad Hirani to maintain the merit rather than racism and take my works positively and should obey labour policy issued by Government of Pakistan - Act, 1991.
