- Respond to customer queries and comments on Whatsapp/email - Handle direct messages on WhatsApp/email - Handle all calls from customers - Manage Company's digital presence along with the rest of the team
Deep understanding and experience of the .NET Framework, ASP.Net MVC, C# & JavaScript with AJAX, RESTful API, Jquery, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Must possess strong Object Oriented Programming & analytical skills. Knowing API Gateway would be a plus
