Cashier/accountant Job in S.Abdulla & Co, Pakistan
Job Description
- Data entry of Delivery Challans, Cash Memo, Sample Memos
- Opening Customer Accounts
- Receiving cash /Cheque from customers and making collections in relevant accounts
- Reconciling daily cash with cashier report
- Responsible for daily cash closing
- Handing over daily cash /cheque to department head
- Submitting daily cashier /collection reports to HO accounts dept
- Taking cheque clearance from HO accounts dept
- Depositing cheques in banks
- Making pay orders for customer refunds / local suppliers
- Making payments vouchers against refunds / expense bills for warehouses other purchases etc.
- Making receipt vouchers & IOUs
- Posting of holding & release documents after approval from dept head
- Checking holding stocks with customer accounts on monthly basis
- Data entry of TFs for internal branch / warehouse transfers
- Is responsible to inform accounts dept for posting of debit notes for cheque return and bank service charges
- Checking and posting of customer discounts
- Responsible for checking & posting of all credit limit delivery challans after proper approval.
Job Specification
2 years experience preferanly in retail is an added value, understand scope of work.
