Job Description
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture - 1-2 years relevant work experience - Should have strong communication skills and capability to deal with people at different levels - Should be self-motivated and posses initiative, drive and leadership abilities to lead a team with decision making as well as resource management skills - Must possess effective interpersonal and influencing skills - Should exhibit leadership and conflict management skills - Should not have mobility issues and be willing to relocate to anywhere in Pakistan or outside of Pakistan anytime in their career with company - Age limit is 30 years - Leading the area team in meeting the extension, volume and quality objectives at a planned grade mix & price - Working in close coordination with farmers in the area and ensuring that they grow and provide the required amount of quality product - Ensuring proper handling of product stock to preserve the quality, control infestation, minimize waste/loss and thereby improve cost - Establishing necessary budgetary controls through proper monitoring to sustain crop expenses - Leading the field force for extension in Integrated Crop Management (ICM) approach for sustainable agriculture - Engaging with various stakeholders for smooth area operations
