Quality Assurance /quality Control Inspector Job in Opal Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan

Jobs Description
Physically inspect of RMS, PMS, FPS Bottle Store and Quarantine and ensure filled 'First Pass Sheet' and check list. If any deviations inform to section Incharge, Department Head and Divisional head through QA Manager on IOC.
Checking of received intimation for sampling and priority basis and keeping record in intimation register for Raw and Packing separately.
100 % sampling of active material 5% to 10% excipients sampling. (Formula)
Random sampling ( 3 sample for 1 bag ) with proper protocol.
Total information of material to sampled written on the poly bag.
Pasting of under test label and sampled on the sampled bag and container.
Deliver all samples to Quality Control.
Inspection RMS, PMS to ensure the proper issuance compliance according to SOP correct weighing and checking the balance.
Discussion on different related problem of material.
Physical checking of finished good according to packing note.
To prepare all Pass and Reject label according to the QC result.
To ensure the issuance and deliver the Pass and Reject to related section.
Keeping the record of all activity in respect of documentation in pass and Reject Register separately.
Review of and understanding of all 'SOP' and any other matter discuss to head of Department.
Re inspection of all related department and ensure all working to SOP.
Sampling of material coming during office hour on priority basis.
To ensure the issuance of Raw and Packing material and specially dispensing.
To prepare and issue Pass and Reject.
Keeping and maintaining the record of all day activity and planning if there is OT.
Final inspection of related department to ensure the proper closing.
IPS, LC, FPDC Signs.
Temperature humidity & checking.
House Keeping control.
Retesting of raw materials.
Rejected Raw/Packing material record.
Online verification of rejected material.
To control the wastage or rejection.
