Job Description
Asasah is a fast growing microfinance organization with over 20,000 clients. We are searching for a research executive that will independently analyze client demand, market trends and client impact. Results will be shared with Asasah's senior management team and donors.

Job Specification
Skills

- Experience in using different research methodologies and proven track record of producing rigorous research
- 2-3 years of experience developing reports using statistical software such as SPSS preferred; experience using Excel to produce reports required
- Master's degree in Sociology or Statistics or a related field
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Punjabi preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel frequently to conduct field research
