Achieving seasonal sales targets. Directly responsible for store matters, CRM, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Buying and managing internal systems and business processes. Correspondingly, focus will be mainly on development of company business as well as expansion into untapped markets.


Job Specification
Experience :
Up to 5 years of experience in Retail field and/or financial institution. Understanding of financial and retail markets is essential.

Scope

1. Re-structuring the Mens Store Business to create an efficient and reliable chain of command. Focus being to enforce a goal orientated business setup.
2. Streamline actual store operations by implementing new procedures and refining current.
3. Develop existing business setup by enhancing our presence in new and established markets.
4. Closely work with marketing to Revamp Mens Stores market image.
