Job Description
Prime Responsibilities: PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Active take offs, reading & specifications, supervision of a draftsman responsible for making detail drawings. Coordinating & scheduling of projects etc.
We are a business based in USA and are looking to get back end work done in Pakistan. This position initially requires working from home. It also requires communicating verbally & in writing within the company & with the customers.
Job Specification
Construction related experience in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management is a must. Ideal person will be very detailed oriented, very methodical and extremely well organized. You must be able to prove these qualities. You must be very good in AUTOCAD, MS Word & exceptional in Excel.
The successful candidate should have the following minimum pre-requisites:
1. Good, fast computer with DSL connection (you must specify).
2. Excellent & above average spoken & written English.
3. Our working hours start at 5:00 PM Pakistan time, so you should be able to work late.
