Industrial Relations Officer Job in Hilal Confectionery Private Limited., Pakistan
Job Description
- Promotes and maintains a harmonious labor relations environment within the context of organizational strategy.
- Addresses all employee relations issues and provides counseling when necessary.
- Provides Management with appropriate Industrial Relations advice and guidance
- Recommends measures/strategies for the prevention of Industrial Relations problems and their resolution when they occur.
- Conducts investigations and enquires into incidents, accidents and grievances as requested.
- Participates in the resolution of grievances at appropriate stages in the grievance procedure, including at the Ministry of Labor and Industrial Court.
- Implement appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure ease of access to up to date information at all times.
- To Coordinate with EOBI/SESSI department.
- To deal with labour issues in respect of hiring/firing.
- To have liaison with contractors in respect of labour issues.
Job Specification
Knowledge of good industrial relations practices.
Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Creative problem solving skills.
Excellent understanding labour laws.
Good analytical, planning, organizing skills and people management.
