Jobs DescriptionCo-ordinate with local and foreign banks to monitor incoming L/Cs.
Liaise with advising banks regarding L/C confirmation.
Preparation of export documentations for negotiation ensuring all the documents sent are in compliance with L/C requirements.
Monitor incoming funds received for export bills and instruct the negotiating/collecting banks to take the necessary actions if payments are not received upon maturity.
Handling of Import Documentary Collections.
Prepare bank correspondence on matters pertaining to confirmation, acceptance or rejection of L/Cs
Job Specification Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
Solid experience in banking or commodity trading with middle office experience.
Firsthand knowledge and experience of documentary credit, with proven ability to issue and receive Letter of Credits.
