Job Description
1-To Receive and Issue the materials as per required Specification.
2-To make the receiving Challans & receiving reports daily.
3-To Control the inventory Levels.
4-Issue the material on FIFO Basis.
5-Prepare GRN and posting in system and Bin Card.
6-Indicate Dead Stock and Surplus Stock.
7-To make the monthly inventory reports of Stores after Physical Checking.
8-To make the issuance/Consumption Reports as per requirements.
9-To make the receiving Reports of all material /Item wise as per requirements.
10-Supervise the subordinates in daily routine.
Job Specification
1-Ability to train and explain instructions and guidelines to others effectively.
2-Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
3-Ability to operate and enter information in a computer inventory system.
4-Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations.
5- Conversion
6-report Writing Skills.
7-Can Work under Pressure.
