Responsible for primary and secondary sales management
Effective management of Distribution by maximizing ROI, minimizing costs and better utilization of resources
Maintaining a good product mix of Diapers & Napkin categories ensuring the highest gross margins nationally
Execution of marketing plans and activation.
Effective placement of POS in the Relevant Place.
Identifying the branding opportunities in the area.
Development New Business.
Development and Executing Vending Business.
Ensure Regular Service to Customer.
Ensuring proper coverage (Numeric as well as Weighted) in distributor Town.
Relationship Build to Managers, Dealers, purchased Managers.
Maintaining a good product mix of all household categories ensuring the highest gross margins nationally
Identifying the branding opportunities in the area.
Relationship management /key accounts.
Maintaining a good product mix of all categories.
Managing an area team with Sales man as direct reported.
To increase the active number of customer in the territories
To obtain regular market feed back.
