Job Description
Ensures quality of finished products as per approved parameters.
Ensure all process parameters as per approved limits.
Deploy work force at jobs on daily shift basis.
Maintain workers strength record.
Maintain work forces performance record.
Provide machine operating and material handling trainings to new contract labor.
Ensure optimum utilization of energy resources by efficient operation of individual machines.
Maintains shift vise production records as per Master list of records.
Ensure chemicals consumption as per standard formulation.
Ensure inventory levels of chemicals as per DPP.
Maintain shift vise chemical consumption record.
Ensure proper packing material consumption as per bill of material.
Ensure inventory levels of packaging material as per DPP
Maintains shift vise packaging material consumption record.
Ensure proper house keeping of production area.
Ensure routine maintenance of all machines.
Ensure proper disposition of rework materials.
