Job Specification
As an Inbound Customer Support Team member you will be responsible for taking inbound calls of UK based customers, handling commercial inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, while providing the highest level of customer service, and then dispatch jobs to drivers, it is your task to analyze the customers needs and to offer the appropriate choice of services according to their demands.
Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
Provide responsive and competent support (mostly telephonic and e-mail) to customers in the areas of Service.
High level of quality, personal communication skills, and dedication and telephone etiquette will be the part of your job in the collective customer management process
