- At least one year of experience of IT business development
- Proven track of bidding in market places (GURU, GAF, ELANCE, ODESK, SCRIPTLANCE ETC)
- Proven results of ensuring new business opportunities
- You will be given a monthly target, Trial period of 3 months
- Direct Reporting to Top Management
- Client coordination
- Team coordination for Technical purpose

a) Communication with Client
b) Understanding Clients requirements
c) Provide solutions
d) Completing formal paper work
e) Job Briefing to Project Manager
f) Monitoring Job Execution, committing deadlines
g) Payment Recover
Job Specification
- Proven track of successful bidding on any of popular market places (preferably guru, elance, odesk) - Should have at least bachelor degree -must be proficient in written/spoken English to coordinate with client's directly in US/UK and rest of the world. - Competent leadership (you be leading a very handy, successful team) - Good enough to take a portal from scratch, elance, guru, GAF, odesk. - Good communication/reporting skills
