Job Description
The Person will be required to coordinate with Our Denmark office , Taking calls from Travel Agents all over Denmark and providing Ticketing and fare details.

Job Specification
VERY EXPERIENCED SABRE USER
Minimum 5 year of experience in Refund or Tax Refund in SABRE.
Main Refund SABRE. it will be much better if person have knowledge in other GDS as well .
Having good knowledge for IATA rules and term for refund.
Good Knowledge for BSP.
Work experience for any Mid office and Back office system.
Good to communicate with Airline refunding department to discus about dispute issue for refund.
Person should have good knowledge for Reissue, Re validation in different GDS
ACMS / ADM /control VMPDS.
Interest to learn some new all the time.
GOOD IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Can take pressure
