Receptionist Job in Zil Limited, Pakistan

Job Description
- Responsible for the requisition for administrative work.
- Assisting Admin executives.
- Responsible in maintaining attendance sheets.
- Inform the regarding person for visitor.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls via PABX
- Handling all PABX during office hours
- Coordinate with I.T Help Desk for any issue related to PABX
- Regularly update phone list.
- Receive all calls from courier and post.
- Distribution of mails in relevant mailboxes
- Distribution of all mails (postage/courier)
- Dispatch of all the received faxes to relevant mail boxes.
- Verification of DHL/TCS bills.
- Receive the invoices in sealed envelops from our different service vendors and handover to cashier.

Proficient in MS Office Suite
Fluent in English & Urdu (Written & Spoken)
Presentable & good work ethics
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Can handle pressure and workload
