Executive Secretary Job in Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan
Job Description
- Arranging meetings/appointments.
- Preparation and dissemination of minutes of meetings.
- Filing of mails/correspondences both hard and soft copies.
- In the absence of concerned Director(s), receiving their calls and making necessary notes accordingly.
- Follow-up of on going projects.
- Making/Preparing traveling plans for concerned Director(s).
- Helping in mailing of letters/e-mails and their follow-ups.
- Drafting letters/faxes, etc.
- Preparing and assisting in tender documentation.
- Preparation of presentations for Director(s).
- Manage schedules for Director(s).
- Assisting in interviews for Director(s).
- Making office inventory for Director(s)
- Maintaining confidentiality for all matters (officially for all Directors).
- Assisting Director(s) in their day-to-day working.
- Maintaining liaison between Director(s) and their staff/department
Job Specification
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Fully command on MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point / Outlook)
- Pleasant personality
