Job Description
BetterWorldMakers (http://www.betterworldmakers.org/) is a socio economic network of people with social hearts and entrepreneurial minds. This is a network of highly effective people who can turn social problems, challenges and opportunities into commercially viable solutions, products and services to improve quality of life of individuals and communities in terms of health, dignity, relations, spirituality, effectiveness, comfort and fun on a sustainable basis. BetterWorldMakers is looking for young visionaries to join their team. The core objectives of the position are as follows:
Key Deliverable:
Net addition to number of members as per plan
On-boarding of new members
Tie up with synergy partners, corporations, NGOs and state authorities
Promoting and managing brand.
Customer Care centre
Others Responsibilities:
Long term vision for the department
Five years strategy
Annual plan with organizational objectives.
Organisation capable of delivering the plan i.e. right people, processes, tools,systems, sources of funds, working conditions etc
Risk based governance, controls and accountability framework.
Assurance on legal, contractual and procedural compliance
