To manage the machine shop.
To work with the team of turners.
To up date the machines shop as per requirement.
To manufactur the equipments as per drawings/samples.
To visit the vendors for out source work.
To build a team of turners/workers/helpers.
To report to GM Technical.

Must be able to read and understand the drawings.
Must be able to use the tools of machines shop.
Must be able to work under pressure.
