Mustakbil.com is currently seeking an experienced online advertising professional. The successful candidate must have a background in online advertising within a fast paced environment.
This is a full-time position in which you will be required to prospect, market, sell and service advertisers with a strong focus on digital sales. As an Advertising Account Executive you will be required to sell ad space available on Mustakbil.com to various advertisers. Therefore an integrated sales experience is required.
You must achieve revenue goals set by the supervisor.
The compensation includes basic salary plus a handsome commission.
Major duties include:
Identify potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to the clients.
Negotiate and sell online advertising to marketers and their advertising agencies.
Develop new advertisers by soliciting area business and service clients to maintain positive working relationships.
Provide superior service to clients in order to meet or exceed client satisfaction. New business development will be the major focus.
Prepare sales orders and production requests within scheduled deadlines.
Resolve billing discrepancies and participate in collections of past due accounts.
Job Specification At least Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
Experience in account management or account service within a direct marketing or advertising agency
Background in related media sales (including agency)
Sound analytical and quantitative abilities
Highly effective interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Fast Learner
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proactive self-starter who anticipates rather than reacts to problems and opportunities
General knowledge of online and traditional media
Knowledge about Web Analytics software such as Google Analytics and/or Omniture
Understanding of all online marketing metrics including CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI
