Executive Secretory Job in Oyster Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan
Job Description
Perform all administrative functions of the Managing Director's office independently and with minimal supervision.
Maintain records/filing system for accounts, bills, maintenance.
Hands-on knowledge trouble-shooting problems with electrical devices such as personal computers, routers, telephone exchange, CCTV, UPS, and generator.
Manage entire internal/external correspondence and draft/edit a variety of letters/memorandum and reports using proper grammar, punctuation and style.
Schedule appointments, meetings, events and traveling.
Do proper follow-up of tasks and actively anticipate and proactively perform tasks required by the Chairman, with minimal direction.
Job Specification

Knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication & writing skills.
