Field Sales Agent Job in Morfales (Pvt.) Limited, Pakistan

Jobs Description
1. The making of a key target account list and to ensure professional follow up;
2. The Timely handling and resolution of customers complaints and queries;
3. Dealing with Key Customers in i.e. sales, rates negotiation, operation, recovery etc.;
4. Taking ownership of the existing clients, ensuring highest quality of services and deeply selling for higher revenues and volumes of business;
5. Ensuring proper services to the customers, obtaining clients feedback through structured surveys and questionnaires;
6. The initiation of proper Telemarketing, mail-shot and marketing plans for business development;
7. Your share in overall sales co-ordination and sales support function including timely dispatch of the quotations, business prospects, etc.;
And/or all other activities added by the company from time to time.
Job Specification 1. Higher Level of Confidence & Convincing Power;
2. Knowledge of the Local Marketplace;
3. Sales and Negotiation Skills with the Flair of Marketing;
4. Ability to Generate Business under Extreme Pressure of the accumulated work load and economy;
5. Extra Ordinarily high level of patience & composure;
6. Must have Good spoken and written English and Urdu Communication Skills.
