Job Description
To conduct independent compliance audits in stores within an assigned geographical area.
Debrief the Store Manager or representative on the audit result and identified issues.
Provide initial guidance on the completion of an action plan to address said issues.
To complete audits in assigned geographical area within the required time frame.
Debrief Manager or representative on the audit result and identified areas of compliance weakness, and provide guidance on
key actions required to address failures and consequences of not addressing them.
Provide a summary of store result to the relevant Field Manager
Escalate identified compliance or business process related issues to the Field Manager
