Job Description
QA Manager - Karachi, Pakistan
a) Responsible to maintain a satisfactory and good environment in between production,
b) Ware house, maintenance and marketing according to the GMP and GLP.
c) Responsible to manage the smooth working and technical activities in Q.C.
d) Authorized to release or reject the Raw Material, Packaging Material, In process Product for further processing and finished product on valid ground.
e) QCM is responsible to review and monitor the objectives on regular basi and Can revised whenever need.
f) QCM will evaluate the Laboratory and ensure that laboratory is capable of doing the tests as per specifications and standards.
g) Responsible for all the purchases made in laboratory, raised requisition Containing the specification of reagent, equipment, glass ware, Chemicals and microbiological articles.
h) The bulk samples of chemicals and glass wares are being stored by material Management department on storage condition to agreed and verified by QCM.
i) QCM will responsible for evaluation and approved to suppliers and vendors
j) QCM assigns the complaint to the Laboratory staff for investigation for root
cause and proposed corrective action.
k) QCM ensures the competent and authorized persons for operational work of Equipment, performance and calibration.
l) QCM authorize the activity to a person on the basis of his evaluation, experience training are satisfactory knowledge of the testing, equipment and calibration.
m) QCM is responsible to prepare the Job description of each member of the laboratory.
n) QCM ensures that all facilities required to perform a test in standard manners like energy resources, weighting and environmental conditions.
o) QCM review all environmental monitoring record on monthly basis.
p) QCM ensure the appropriate SOPs are available for all tests, performed under the scope of accreditation.
q) QCM ensure that open hand instruments for all equipments are available in laboratory and appropriate personnel are trained as them.
r) QCM is responsible to ensure that correct date is being transferred from raw data to final report.
s) QCM ensure that reference materials are certified against traceable certificates and theirs standards is also available of internal standard are used than
