Job Description
To maintain Ledgers.
Ensure the posting of JVS, BPV, CPV, Adjustment Entries
Marking Payments to Vendors.
Payment of Salaries.
Collecting informations from Departments Regarding Purchase of Materials Raw Material Yarn Purchasing chemical lab Packing Spare parts of other Maintenance goods.
Accounts Receivable management
Ensure payments to parties through proper planning.
Compute and record totals of transactions.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
Issue trading stamps, and redeem food stamps and coupons.
Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Compile and maintain non monetary reports and records.
Job Specification
EDUCATION: B.Com
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years
SKILLS: Team Work, discipline time management and communication
