- Be able to provide leadership in Planning, Operations, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical and other related departments.
- To optimize human resources, their skills, expertise and financial resources.
- To continually formulate plan for process improvement, operations and to suggest cost effective strategies and alternatives.

- B.Sc Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in same level.
