Job Description
To completely manage the entire Maintenance Department for plant, machinery and equipment of the company.
To ensure that all maintenance activities to be carried out as per OJ/ QMS.
To ensure that the entire plant, equipment and machinery of Production, TDD and Press Shop is scheduled for Preventive / predictive maintenance.
To ensure that all the plant, equipment and machinery are in good running condition and keep the down time to absolute minimum.
To prepare, maintain and update History records of all machinery being used at Plant.
To ensure that adequate inventory of spare parts is available, especially for critical machinery and equipment and their consumption record is being maintained and updated regularly.
To plan and depute maintenance staff to do the task on daily weekly/monthly basis.
To represent the department in monthly management review meeting.
Any job assigned by the Management.
Job Specification
Hands on experience in injection molding machines of Taiwan Origin. The candidate should have technical capabilities of Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical and electronic aspects of machines. Should be Computer literate and should have technical Degree with 7-10 years experience or diploma with more than 10 years of experience.
