1) Core Programming concepts in HTML, XML, PHP, cold fusion, Dream Weaver, Java, C - Sharp, ASP.NET , visual studio 2010 etc.
2) Should be smart in coding and logic building.
3) Should have good concepts of Databases handling like MS SQL 2008, My SQL, DB2, Oracle.
