Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Support requirements and pre-sales technical discussions ,which involve in Tender/RFQ/RFP processing, proposal and presentation
2. Serve as technical liaison between sales, customers and engineering for pre-sales issues
3. Assist sales division to help define opportunities and close large opportunity business
4. Involved in the development of pre-sales and marketing documents
5. Actively source for new technologies and innovative solutions
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction in solutions delivery and pre-sales support
7. Undertake any duties assigned from time to time
Job Specification
Requirements:
8. Experience in the Telecommunications or computer Telephony Field preferred
9. Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills
10. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
11. Self-motivated, willing to learn, Independent worker with good attitude
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Ability to work with customers on resolution of technical issues
14. Reasonable level of proficiency in written and spoken English
15. Knowledge of personal computing hardware and software technology
16. Familiarity with data and/or telecommunications protocols, routers, Switches, firewalls and networking
17. Familiarity with telecom/voice technologies, solutions and services
18. Good business sense in telecom services would be advantageous
19. Strong analytical, communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
20. Work closely with sales and marketing team by participating and supporting all sales strategies and activities.
