Job Description
General accounting function, book keeping.
Having experience of Reconciliations.
Having experience of Stock Taking.
Posting of Vouchers and Invoices in Accounting Software.
Verification of workers randomly.
Maintain filing of accounts department.
Assist with yearend closing.
Assist with Payroll administration.
Meet vendors for rates verification.
Job Specification
Knowledge of MS-Office, computerized accounting packages especially oracle and QuickBooks.
Minimum 1 year of experience on the same capacity in any organization.
Good interpersonal, communication and decision making skills.
Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
