Job Description
We require Flight Agents cum TSR. A handsome basic salary along with the commissions will be offered. Job details are as follows:
-UK based inbound campaign.
-Dealing with inbound calls from customers who ask for air ticket fares.
-Searching cheap available fares from the system.
-Bargaining with he customer against the fares and convincing them for sale.
-Entering the booking data in the database.
-Followup the booking until the booking process is cleared.
Job Specification
Candidates must:
-be fluent in English and strong understanding of British accent. (If not excellent in English speaking then please don't apply.)
-have strong communication and marketing skills along with the excellent convincing power.
-must have hands on experience on air ticketing software like WorldSpan GO or Galileo.
-have good computer skills like data entry, emailing and internet surfing.
-have ability to achieve set targets. Must be confident, hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated.
****Candidates only with experience of GDSs (WorldSpan or Galileo) and experience of working on international campaigns will be entertained. Others don't waste time.****
