Job Description
Venture Republic Inc. is seeking graphic designer to join the development team. We are continually trying to improve the speed at which we deliver and render content to our clients. As such we are looking for people that will help us push the cutting edge of web performance. The position is full-time and is based in our Lahore office. There are no travel requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing industry-leading e-commerce/UI websites for popular niche brands.
Specifically, you will be working in a team of designers to develop, extend and support e-commerce websites.
Projects are developed in small teams (usually 1-2 designers) backed by other staff for creative design, QA, specification and project management tasks as appropriate.
The more senior & experienced you are, the greater the scope for solving complex problems and developing bespoke and custom User interfaces, contributing to development strategy and best practice, setting the technical direction and providing team leadership/mentoring to other members of the team.
You will have a keen sense of project discipline, a commitment to getting things done on time and on budget, good written and verbal English communication skills (there will be client contact) and a willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Experience
To be considered for the role of Digital designer/illustrator, you must have a BS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and commercial development and web designing experience.
2 to 5 Years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks,
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite CSX along with HTML, web design, GUI
Ability to handle day to day mechanics
Creative skills required
Excellent Communication skills, excellent written and spoken English.
