Job Description
Take ownership of responsibilities and tasks and see them through to completion.
* Build, change and maintain PHP applications and MySQL databases.
* Determination of technical requirements and creation of specifications based on functional designs.
* Generate or review program test data and lead tests and debugging of programs.
* Responsible for designing and supporting systems and tools to streamline business processes.
* Work in collaboration with team members to write and review project documentation.
* Work on off-shore model for US and UK clients.
Job Specification
* 2 Yrs. Computer/Software Engineering degree from a reputable institute.
* 1 plus years of professional experience with PHP projects.
* Expert in PHP, Java script, XHTML, CSS.
* Background of Design Pattern and OOP.
* Implementation experience with MySQL, Apache and AJAX a plus.
* Working knowledge of MVC and similar patterns.
* Knowledge of PEAR and GD libraries would be plus.
* Complete assigned tasks in timely and efficient manner under high pressures without supervision while paying close attention to details.
* Good English written/verbal communication skills strongly preferred.
* Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills.
* Self-motivated individuals having aims to grow into leadership / management roles.
