Job Description
-Recruit and supervise systems engineers and I.T technicians and oversee their professional development and training.
-Provide reliable and effective solutions as per requirements for all business units.
-Improve processes to increase efficiencies, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
-Develops and manages IT technology budget and monitors and approves related expenditures.
-Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer systems operations and department improvement.
-Responsible to gauge the performance of IT Support engineers on daily and monthly basis.
-Meet internal clients to discuss system requirements and improvements in current operations.
-Design and Maintain Company's Local and Wide area network infrastructure.
-Implement and monitor network security at all levels.
-Responsible of designing and maintaining Voice over IP network
-Responsible for providing high Internet and email system with appropriate security organization wide.
-Responsible for the provision and provide 24/7 support of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, IT security and telecommunications for all business units.
-Responsible for IT hardware, software maintenance and procurement
Job Specification
-Call Center Experience/Background required
-Minimum 8 years experience in IT field, in dept technical knowledge and experience of Network & systems, CCNA / CCNP / MCP / MCSE certifications
-Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills - very good command of both spoken and written English and Urdu
