Job Description
To ensure that all transport matters are being carried out smoothly, responsible for all documentation of transport department.
Maintain check and balance of Transport and service employees.
Closely monitoring of Vehicle job request.
Record keeping of driver and vehicle request form.
Issuance of gate pass request for the vehicle parts.
Maintain transport and service employees overtime record.
Maintain of vehicles diesel receipt and record.
Vehicle arrangement of management staff for outside.
Duty assign of transport and service employees on daily basis.
Maintain Personnel records (Leave, appraisal & others)
Surprise checking of vehicles.
Minimization of vehicles expenses.
Any other job assigned by the management.
Job Specification
Computer Literate.
Two to three years experience in Transport.
Bachelors qualified.
Should know driving.
