Job Description
We need good, hard working and pro-efficient call center Agents for Day and Night shift project. We are Also running US, Canada and UK base Project.
Agent's duty will be to make calls and generate quality sales and achieve their daily, weekly and monthly goals regularly. Agents must have been able to work in stress environment and must have been a good team man.
Job Specification
Agent must have good command on English Language and good in communication skills, Hardworking, Regularity, Task Handling, Official Behavior, punctual, professional attitude.
- Good and clear English Accent. (American Preferred)
- Good listening Skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum of 6 Month experience in outbound dialing.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Willing to work in evening/night timings.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
All training and scripts will be provided to the selected candidates.
Additional languages like Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi will be beneficial for this project
