Job Description
To rectify all the complaints(software and hardware)
- Install computerized machines (hardware, software, communication) at client end
- Train client for smooth operation of the installed system
- Provide preventive services for contract and warranty client in his territory area
- Follow up and recover outstanding payments related to his services
- Assist support executives to follow up of all due contract renewals in his territory
- Provide good and satisfactory services to clients
- Maintain record of his services rendered and pending.
- Traveling within territory and occasionally outside city on official assignment.
Job Specification
-Should have own bike available
- Willing to travel client side on official visits.
