Administration Executive Job in Interwood Mobel, Pakistan
Job Description
Manage administrative function and establish internal administrative systems and controls.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of physical assets and office, including vehicles, equipment, furniture, and Showroom building. Arrange for repairs as necessary.
Establish systems to facilitate efficient vehicle use and proper maintenance.
Arrange for office security.
Maintain office records.
Manage provident fund, employee manual and EOBI administration.
Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd.
House Keeping.
Job Specification
Knowledge of a purchasing and payment systems.
Ability to liaise with staff at all levels both internal and external contacts
Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
Able to cope well when under pressure from competing priorities, unpredictable requests and interruptions.
Able to meet deadlines.
Equable temperament.
