Job Description
We are looking for an energetic individual preferably to join company as a Social Media Expert. This role will work under direct supervision and have overall responsibility for posting, monitory and reporting activity on all applicable social media outlets for our website.
This role will be the resident expert on social media channels from emerging trends to industry standards. Additionally, this position will support the creation of marketing content for our website.
Job Specification
We are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A degree in marketing, journalism or new media is a strong plus. Must have experience managing social media accounts for business, entertainment experience a plus. Editorial and consumer copywriting experience, with proofreading skills is required. Candidates must have expert knowledge of social networking channels including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. Solid understanding of Social Media best practices and experience with social media management and reporting tools are required. WordPress CMS experience is a plus.
