Job Description
Assists Personnel Officer maintenance of records regarding attendance of employees and related documentation.
Supervises punching of attendance cards by all the incoming / outgoing employees.
Provides additional workers in departments as demanded by the Departmental Heads
Maintains Attendance Register of all employees
Prepares monthly Shift Allowance of the worker who performs duties in all three shifts in rotation.
Prepares monthly late coming report of employees.
Job Specification
Hardworking
Good Computer knowledge
2-3 years working experience
