Job Description
1.Direct Reporting To Human Resource Manager.
Monitoring Handling electronic & Manual Attendance.
2.Updating & Managing employee leave record Sick, casual, annual leaves on Excel sheet.
3.Process Payroll every month within deadlines.
4.Distribute Attendance sheets to all departments by the end of month.
5.Making Daily Late coming & Absent Reports of employees.
6.Keep Proper documentation of employee leave record.
7.Follow Strictly Payroll & Time Attendance & Leave Policies.
8.Answering staff queries regarding payroll and Time & Attendance
9.Issuing Employee Cards & attend queries regarding employee cards.
10.Coordinate with all departments especially with finance department intelligently.
11.Verifying & Calculating Overtime after all necessary endorsements.

9.Attention to detail is important in this role. The information entered onto a computer system by a payroll officer determines an employee's wage or salary. Accuracy and concentration are required in order to prevent mistakes being made and employees being paid incorrectly. The ability to use a computer, work well with others and concentrate are important in this role.
10.Numerical ability and data entry skills.
11.Ability to work to deadlines.
12.Understanding of payroll and HR legislation and processes i.e. Interpretation of awards and legislation superannuation.
