visual inspection
dimension of caps and hot fill bottles
printing quality of caps
menage quality inspectors
perform quality tests from time to time .
generate daily quality report to management
give quality accurance with every dispatch
close interaction with maintenance department for quality of caps
calibration of apparatus.
visit customer in case of any complaints
