Job Description
A senior merchandiser ensures products are displayed, visibly appealing and are available to consumers at retail locations. This can include selecting and ordering products to be delivered to each retail location, and traveling to retail locations to display products to attract consumers and maximize sales opportunities.
With each retail store visit, the senior merchandiser checks inventory levels to ensure products are available to consumers, replenishes stock and builds a rapport with store management personnel and consumers.
Job Specification
A senior merchandiser is required to have several years of experience in merchandising, require experience of sportswear/textile industry manufacturing. As a senior member of the merchandising team, it may require supervisory skills to mentor and manage other merchandisers.
