Job Description
Over all incharge of distribution hub.
Management of distribution point.
Manage Seating and other Arrangements at hub.
Daily reporting to field coordinator.
Manage Security arrangements.
Arrange bi-weekly meetings with staff and prepare minutes and send it to main office.
Only responsible for the hub assigned no interference in other hub of SSTD.
Coordination with other hub incharges if required or requested.
Arrangement of clean drinking water, banners and Rashan scale.
If funds or items are required then request must be submitted to Admin and Finance officer.
Maintain discipline at hub and responsible of all hub activities.
Job Specification
Work as connecting bridge between main office and field.
Maintain track record of field.
Frequent field visits
Reporting to relevant sections of main office.
Verify reports from field and submission to donor and make sure that reports are timely submitted.
Attend meetings and liaison with donor.
Monitor logistic arrangements in targeted area.
Chair monthly meeting arranged by hub incharge.
Any other duty assigned by supervisor.
